Q: How do I receive my items for POE and Diablo 2?

D2 Items Policy:

POE: Once the order is ready, we will send you an email to get in touch with us via email, live chat, or skype for a delivery. Here we will confirm your character name, and our delivery agent will then issue a friend's request to meet you in game to complete the delivery by face to face trade.
 
 
Diablo 2: Once your order is ready, we will send an email to the address provided in your account name/and or to the email used in your paypal account with the account details (account name/password) of the account which we have placed  your ordered items on.

Q: Is it safe to buy items and currencies?

Yes, all of our accounts are privately registered and any member of our team delivering items will act with utmost care. If you would like to, in order to feel safer about your purchase, please feel free to put a junk item in the trade screen or via email ask us to drop the item outside of town instead of going through the trade screen. We have no problem complying.

Q: What exactly am I paying for?

A: You are paying for the time of D2store.net to acquire and deliver items found in Diablo II and Path of Exile.

Q: How long do I have to wait for delivery?

A: Most purchases are delivered under 30 minutes, but some larger orders may take up to ~6 hours.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: We currently accept paypal or any major credit card company payments.

Q: What's the best way to reach us?

A: If the live chat is offline please email us at d2store@live.com and we will get back to you very quickly or send us a message at our skype account using the same email address, d2store@live.com.

Q: Its been more than 6 hours, where's my order?

A: In some rare occasions it may take more than 6 hours to deliver your items. If you need to find out why there is a delay, please contact us through email at 'D2store@live.com'.

Q: How do the points work?

A: For every purchase you will receive 10% of the purchase price in points. Points will automatically added to your account, and you can later use them to buy items with instead of paying with real money!

Q: How to I make sure duped runes and jewels won't disappear?

A: Before exiting a game go into the trade screen with another player and then immediately exit the game. Or socket the rune/jewel into an item.

Q: Are the items you sell legitamate?

A: Yes all of our items are 100% legitimate and perm except for those which are clearly marked, which are runes and jewels.

Q: Are you hiring?

A: No, not at this time, if we are we will post it.
